tedious week the last and coming . that's describe my week. staying back in school every day practically becauze of band practice before the exchange on sat. so it was super tiring and though there were 2 tests, my time of test had really come ( i mean in coping with studies and band) coz the previous 2 weeks had not been that challenging which i had initially expected, and this week gonna be more, so thank God that my school isn't that stress for me yet.
had some fun moments of lesson time last week, when one of my friend drew a large huge rectangle when called to draw a dam... by the way, a big rectangular = the front side of the dam. and ok a dam is the shape of a trapezium at least... so it was super funny, thinking that a dam is easy to draw.
presentation was ok for me when presenting a maths sum and though alot of las and lors were used from me , haha i didn't know that till my friend told me... at least i learn to speak carefully when presenting..
so band was tedious last week, the sound wasn't that good at ytd exchange, but overall aft hearing the recording, i found it not quite bad... though we were feeling low aft playing (coz we probably felt we played lousy) and saw my pri sch friend there... and pple were talking about him playing the flute with exaggerated movements (which were good) that i joked with my friend to do that while playing and if no sound came out while moving it = to sb we know in our band
so we reach the school early( won't mention its name) and were way far too early... and had about an hr to tune .. so we went to eat... and i was shocked to see a restaurant there... selling shark fin etc. so i joked with my friend to treat me to a 30 buck shark fin.. and there's no table number, so u cud juz grab other's pple food if u like ( no lah. juz kidding) ... u collect yourself coz they dun note it down... and by it was noisy.
so the exchange was good...many schools and conductors as the judges writing down their feedback and comment... the exchange showed me one thing that through this experience, we can know ourselves well in musical playing.. and thus improve ourselves.
today had church and really God delivers us from all our fears, anxiety, troubles etc. so learn to trust God completely as the days become more and more hectic for me in this crucial year. but with God all things are possible and thank God He hears our prayers when we cry out to Him....
